Delegate Help Desk
(Exclusive) - USD 5000

The delegate help desk will be positioned in the high-traffic registration area at the entrance to the venue.

As the exclusive sponsor of the delegate help desk, you will:

Have the desk branded with your logo
Be acknowledged with your logo on the onsite programme

Charging Lounge
(Exclusive) - USD 5000

Charging stations will be placed in high-traffic areas for delegates to power up their personal devices.

As the sponsor, you will:

Have a charging station branded with your logo or custom design
Have the opportunity to position a custom free-standing banner in the charging lounge

Water Stations
(Exclusive) - USD 5000

Approximately 30 water stations will be available at strategic places of the venue, providing an eye-catching opportunity to promote your brand.

As the exclusive sponsor of the reusable water bottles, you will:

Have the water stations branded with your logo/custom design

Coffee Station (Exclusive)
USD 10000 (full congress)

Sponsorship of the day’s coffee break will provide your company with excellent exposure whilst delegates recharge and meet new contacts.

As the exclusive sponsor of the day’s coffee station, you will:

Have your branding included at the coffee stations
Be able to provide a banner to go by the coffee stations and provide a giveaway at the coffee station such as branded napkins, coffee cups or coffee cup sleeves

Welcome Reception
(Exclusive) - USD 12500

The reception wil take place after the Opening Ceremony on Thursday 26th July in the Exhibit Hall. This event is the official opening of the Congress, providing delegates with a chance to meet with peers and celebrate the first day of programming.

As the exclusive sponsor of the Welcome Reception, you wil:

Have table top cards with your logo on all food and beverage stations during the Welcome Reception
Be acknowledged as the sponsor on the website, printed Congress guide and mobile app

Electronic Banners - USD 500

Displayed for 1 minute 4 times during the lunch break on multiple screens in the exhibition area

Symposium - USD 10000

An exclusive sponsorship package is on offer for sponsoring a symposium

Gala Dinner
(Exclusive) - USD 15000

The Gala Dinner is a headline event on the congress social programme that will take place on Friday 27th July. All delegates will be invited to enjoy local entertainment and develop new connections. The event will be ticketed.

As the exclusive sponsor of the Gala Dinner, you will:

Have table top cards with your logo on stations at the Gala Dinner
Be acknowledged with your logo on the website, programme

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Receipts for Sponsorship and ful payment must be received by the organisers of the 19th APCP 2026 on or before deadline dates to guarantee that your company’s Sponsorship status will be included in printed materials
Payment must be received by January 31st 2026. Please be advised that your sponsorship is not considered confirmed until payment has been received in full. Please note that all payments must be made in USD.
Cancellations must be made in writing to the organisers of the 19th APCP 2026. Cancellations received after January 31st 2026, will not be entitled to a refund.
19th APCP 2026 reserves al the rights to modify/rearrange the floor plan or cancel any sponsorship without assigning any reason thereof.
All booking forms must be accompanied by a 100% advance. Written confirmation of booking will be given after 100% advance payment is received.
The sponsor must not cause any damage to the walls, panels, and other areas inside the hall. In case of any such damage, the sponsor will be required to indemnify the Organisers for the same.
The Congress Manager shall allocate the floor areas to meet the request of the exhibition as far as possible to stated preferences, but the same cannot be guaranteed.
