TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Online registration can be made through the link << Website link>>. The online registration will be closed on July 25th, 2026.
A confirmation letter will be sent to the participant’s registered email address. Please ensure that you provide a valid email address at the time of login.
Organizers will not be responsible for any mailers or information delivery failure in case the registration form is not fully filled.

CANCELLATION AND SUBSTITUTION

Cancellation requests for any paid registration MUST BE received by the Conference Secretariat through email to be entitled to a refund.
80 % REFUND for cancellation of a paid registration in case the cancellation request is received on or before April 30th, 2026 after deducting the administrative charges and cost towards refund, if any.
NO REFUND for cancellation of a paid registration in case the cancellation request is received through email after April 30th, 2026.
Refunds, if any, will be processed post-conference within 20 Working days.
A similar mode of transfer will be adopted for a refund, as the funds have been received. NO CASH refund policy.
Substitution is NOT permitted in this Congress.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

The certificate of attendance will be made available only to delegates who attended the congress at the end of the last day on July 29th 2026. It will be emailed to the delegate's registered email address within 24 hours after the submission of the evaluation form.
